Return Policy

Elegant Evenings will order your dress in the size and color you choose. Almost every specialty retail dress store (including ours) has a no refund/return/exchange policy. We inspect every dress to be sure it is the correct style, color, and size. We also inspect all of the beading, embroidery, the hems, and seams. If our standards are not met with the gown, we will contact the manufacturer for a replacement before it gets to you! Since we order your dress in the size and color that you choose, we cannot return them to the manufacturers. Shipping is 1-12 weeks.
